Our rich history has left us with numerous historic landmarks including our Scotland County Courthouse, the Downing House Museum, the Boyer House and Museum, the Memphis Depot Museum, Pheasant Airplane and the Barnett Statue.
For Civil War history buffs, Scotland County was the location of The Battle of Vasser Hill.
